Yes, several steps are being taken right now to increase exports. For example, tax incentives for textile manufacturers and IT companies in the upcoming budget. SME exporters are also being prioritized. e.g

Yes, several reforms have been implemented in the education sector over the past few years but the economy remains the core issue. Need to have at least 5% GDP growth so that new graduates are not unemployed (grow middle class)...There are far more graduates than there are jobs available.

It depends on which part of the country you're from. In many rural areas, basic education is severely lacking (specially in Sindh Province), whereas cities and more developed regions generally offer a somewhat okayish standard. Imran Khan's Govt introduced various mechanisms to improve the quality but the implementation/compliance takes quite a while to see results. Higher Education on the other hand has improved massively in last 20 years. When Musharraf came to power, he introduced major reforms in higher education, leading to the establishment of several universities. Over the past two decades, undergraduate and graduate education has significantly progressed largely due to the efforts of the Higher Education Commission, which was founded during his tenure. There's still a long way to go but many of these issues will improve naturally once the economy enters a growth phase and income levels improve.

Chinese experiences have shown basic education is the basis for economic development. I hope the Pakistani government spend much more resources on improving basic education.

Shush! Don't tell that to Michael Pettis, who claims that China's HSR system is a waste of money and insists that China should buy western airliners instead. The reality, however, is that traveling by the HSR system is not only often more convenient than planes, it's also much more environmentally friendlier, because the HSR system is powered by electricity, just like the EV industry.

i am not sure these people understand reality. US cannot be number 2 or what ever lower ranking because it will lose confidence of Gulf Monarchies and will unable to support Israel and the replacement will be this new empire call it New Europe and the biggest losers will be muslim countries who only exist because Europe was at the top. they are derived from Europe. it does not matter whether centuries or decades have past. it is for India to understand to contribute to building this empire. there is no other choice for India.
i deliberately posted the original map of moving South to North rather than North to South ( North South Corridor project).

Here is some better career advice:

If a US research institution is offering a sub-par research position with mediocre pay, just to have you life ruined at the minimum suspicion.

To be treated like a second class resident, being afraid of not angering anyone because may accused of being a "SeeSeePee" spy, the surveying, having to exit the research institution from the backdoor like a dog.
