There should be huge explosions if Pakistan's attacks were succcessful. Just smoke videos do not seem all that successful

Without broader committed objectives from either side that they define to be worth the cost of indefinite bleeding in a prolonged engagement they’ll get tired of lobbing munitions at each other once they’ve expended enough initial stockpile. Don’t see this going for more than a few weeks. Real escalation spirals require commitments towards clear nonnegotiable objectives.

How likely is it things go otherwise? Eg Indians decide we're already at full scale war so might as well pursue some territorial objectives against Pakistan. Kinda like China & the US getting into a scrap over Taiwan and the CPC deciding might as well use the opportunity to push them out of Westpac altogether.

Yes, especially considering there is a general power blackout in the region by the government. People cannot just open their phones, record and upload right away.

Still within Indian controlled Kashmir, Pakistan is still mainly being non-escalatory. If Pakistan was really escalating to full war. There will be attacks on Mumbai.
