The Hindu probably deleted their tweet and article because of inconclusive evidence, they posted pictures of fuel and drop tanks instead of the actual aircraft debris itself.

Why are you dragging one issue onto another? Wanna debate? Do you know how many fighter jets India has crashed over the years?

It seems pretty certain that IAF lost several jets, but just to spoil the J10/JF17C/PL15 love feet, I would point out that PAF also operates F16/AMRAAM which is also pretty potent.

We both know Americans have "kill switches" for F-16s & AMRAAM. So it's doubtful whether PAF would use them at this conflict with very high risk. US wouldn't support Paki F-16s in this conflict, you can tell that from later-on Trump's "pity" statements. In 3rd Indo-Pak war of 1971, Paki fighters were finally out of ammo after US decided not to support them, which partially led to Pak's lose.

IMO PAF would only use Chinese equipments this time, which are J10C & JF17, for various good reasons.

Considering their amraam is non-replenishable, I'd stick to Chinese munitions just from a purely logistical standpoint

IMO no they don't.

Do these export AIM-120's possibly have a hidden code that is activated by US jamming pods that makes the AIM-120 go into standby mode permanently or even worse, triggers a self-destruct mechanism? Most likely.

Anyway, it's something the Indians don't have access to.

So we potentially have a showdown between US, European, Chinese arms vs US, European, Indian, and Russian arms.

Best front ever? Especially if there are minimal casualties.
Training matters.
Good thing that China is on the side of a competent military.

Chinese MIC stonks going up

Macaroni is probably calling Modi now and forbidding him from using Rafales against Pakistan again
