He doesn't even have the balls to ban TikTok.
If you take a step back and look at everything Trump has done, or Americans in general for that matter, the central theme to everything is they're cowards who exclusively attack those who can't hit back.
It's also why the only Trump policy that has been successful so far are domestic, Americans are the only ones too cowardly to fight back against Trump.

Not to say they won't go to war with China, but it won't be their choice, it will be Israel forcing them kicking and screaming, but even then Israel still couldn't get them to go to war with Iran so far, the coward is just too strong in the animal.

How Trump could potentially stumble into a war is through underestimating China like how the US and MacArthur underestimated and discounted China intervening in the Korean War. After the 1st trade war, he should have known China would retaliate but the fact he apparently was shocked by retaliation in this new 2nd trade war shows he has not learned because he is too cognitively rigid and/or he is being influenced again by his racism or that of his people as they don't seem to take non-whites seriously.

Trump has not banned TikTok because he thinks he can squeeze China for some sort of deal to enrich himself or his rich supporters, and which he can then spin as some sort of fabulous deal making win. He hasn't banned TikTok yet because he also at some level knows that it would alienate all those that use TikTok, and that would be a large number and be across many segments of the population, and because banning would mean there would be no grift deal.

No wonder China seems to be comfortable dealing him. Since they are experts on the face concept, they know also how to use it to make him not feel hurt so they can somehow get away with a lot of stuff. They can win big but as long they can somehow convince Trump and his side they won and leave it as that, then its all good. Trump can get the last word all he wants, we will take the actual result.

What I'm surprised is how countries like countries like India kiss the ground he walks on and yet he somehow acts very cold towards them.

Extreme narcissists treat others as tools or sources of narcissistic supply (i.e. sources of attention, praise, flattery). They don't show loyalty to others. He treats India like he treats the Latino staff at his properties. They are the non-white servants of minimal value to him that should shut up unless spoken to and that should stay out of sight. Trump in particular delights in humiliating the other side, because in his low class mindset it means he is macho and dominant to be mean to the servants. It's a display and he thinks it makes him look stronger to others watching him do this.

I think Doggy is emphasizing the incompetence of the Americans. After bombing the Houthis for so long, they still can't solve their target acquisition issues.

So what is competence in targeting supposed to look like?

This detention center had already been bombed by the Saudis in 2022, and now the Americans are bombing it again.

Outside of in-extremis situations, every objective prosecuted by the USN or USAF is subject to a formal nomination and approval process.

If an objective has to be bombed, never mind repeatedly bombed, someone sitting in a SCIF somewhere is going to have to justify that effort and expenditure.

Sometimes they do get it wrong.

However, the overwhelming majority of the time, the critics are not privy to the intelligence the targeteer is working with, and are in no position to make a reasonable determination on whether they got it right or wrong.

An even more typical example is yesterday's American airstrike on a Houthi quarry. The entire target confirmation process was based solely on some random person tweeting a post labeling the quarry as an underground Houthi base. It's utterly absurd. It's as ridiculous as if I were to claim on SDF that beneath 600 Wanping South Road in Shanghai lies the CCP's secret mind-control base, and the next day the U.S. Pacific Command sends a B-2 to bomb it.

I'm really not sure what you're trying to communicate?

I'm fairly certain Centcom doesn't take their targeting data from Twitter, but this still is a very severe mistake.

Even 1.8% is an optimistic projection.

After this morning’s Advance Economic Indicators release from the US Census Bureau, the standard and alternative model nowcasts of the contribution of net exports to first-quarter real GDP growth declined from -4.90 percentage points and -2.85 percentage points, respectively, to -5.26 percentage points and -4.05 percentage points.

So that terrorist attack that happened in Kashmir? Apparently there is a video of some guy ziplining in the area while the people in the background are getting shot. I dunno how he is completely unaware of it unless maybe he was in on it himself?

allahu akbar is not just solely a war chant. people use phrases like "allahu akbar" & "astaghfur allah" all the time over the tiniest things whenever they are emotional. the phrase means god is great however muslims use these phrases as frequently as & also the same way that English speakers use "oh my god" in many sentences.
to be honest, thinking that everyone who says "allahu akbar" is a warrior makes about as much sense as thinking that every english speaker who says "oh my god" or "fk yeah" is some kind of a warrior. after all I'm sure english speaking warriors do use the latter phrase in battle.

whether he is in on it or not should be determined through an investigation. the place seems quite open and large in area so it can be difficult for the people there to realize an attack is happening. not just him but many others on the ground seem to be just going around doing their business seemingly oblivious to what is going on. the sound of gunshots alone may not be enough to seriously alert people to run away since most are likely to think these gunshot sounds are for some celebration.

but ofcourse in the end since India is a nation that is deeply divided along religious and ethnic lines. and since Indian politicians have single digit IQ. the Hindu general public is likely to blame this terrorist attack not only on Pakistan but also on the general muslim population in Kashmir and even Indian muslims outside Kashmir in India.

Trump complained to Bezos before Amazon said it scrapped idea to display tariff cost
  • The White House slammed Amazon for reportedly planning to display the cost of President Donald Trump’s tariffs next to the total price of products on its site.
  • “This is a hostile and political act by Amazon,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said at a press briefing with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
  • Amazon later clarified that the plan to show tariff surcharges was “never approved” and is “not going to happen.”
  • Trump personally called Bezos on Tuesday morning to express his displeasure about the initial report that spurred the heated response from the White House.
