You overestimate Thailand a bit too much...

Government and Business Group in TH seem to understand about geopolitical and importance of stay in middle between US and CN. Many Thai peoples however are pretty pro US, some of them are already entertained the idea of put tariff on China goods and distance Thailand from China in order to appease US.

Beside, Thailand already came so close to be another Philippines when the Pro US party almost won the election.

You know what? I have been very hesitant for domestic stimulus because I was afraid that the stimulus would help adversaries to rescue their economies.

Who knew that Trump was stupid enough to solve the problem himself by putting such high tariffs to Chinese products.

Now only one remaining to take into account is Europe. Under no circumstances should Europe be allowed to be bailed out

That's true but more a product of them playing both sides and seeking benefits. They don't have the ingrained hatred or inferiority complex towards China that the Vietnamese have.

I'll give this to Jon Stewart is he’ll call out the bull whether it’s from a Republican or Democrat. Rahm Emanuel dishing his crap still. He was nervously trying to claim Biden managed to get South Korea and Japan to isolate China and now Trump ruin it. No if they’re all talking with one another it’s because Biden set it up. Trump is only accelerating it. Biden wasn’t a negotiator either because everything they got from allies was because of ultimatums. Emanuel has been touting that Lithuanian wrote the roadmap for Europe how to handle China. The same Lithuanian that now is trying reestablish relations with China because they admitted they made a mistake and are worse off than before?

Another wild thought, any country who is willing to get onto a free trade agreement with China are welcome to take advantage of stimulus program. I must be high on coffee today!!
