@ansy1968 and everyone here, how would you read thus post from the Philippines former Foreign Affairs Secretary's made on social media. Is it appropriate comment to make or people are simply too dumb to understand his sophisticated and intellectual commentary? Lol
If he was at a private dinner with his friends, then maybe he can say that.
In front of a wide audience, for someone in his position, and given there is a Islamic insurgency in his very own country, a rather bizarre way of expressing his view.
When people die, in brutal and violent ways, we cannot get more serious than that.
The flippancy in his remarks, shows his detachment from it all. If he don't give a shit, why bother to comment at all.
So, he probably be condemned for those remarks from all angles.
