I can't say on an open forum, suffice to say he was becoming highly unstable and had started negatively affecting Chinese interests, and leave it at that.

Considering that the US wants Taiwan to be the second Ukraine, I'm not really surprised that some Taiwanese would emulate Ukraine Neo-Nazis by worshiping fascism. This is similar to building a memorial for Hitler Youth and such whitewash of Japanese war crimes is not tolerated by clear-eyed Taiwanese.
I hope such policy in China will enhance China's lead in cutting edge scientific research.

Are you making things up? Imran Khan toed the exact same line as China when commenting on the Russian-Ukrainian war. Which was not to condemn either side. The new leader has toed the western line and started helping Ukraine by selling them arms.
