Like what influence India has in BRICS? It's just a coin term, not an organization. Even if it was, I don't see how India even remotely outweigh the strategic influence of countries on whom much of global energy trade depends, as does USD.
You are believing in the latest Western propaganda which claims BRICS is meaningless. This is Western BS. You have regular meetings of the heads of states of those countries to agree on joint concerns. This is just how when the EU started. Even today the European Council is the real controlling power of the EU. There are actual concrete institutions and facilities already in BRICS as well. Such as the New Development Bank or the Contingent Reserve Arrangement. Respectively competitors to the World Bank and IMF.

Bro BRICS is a front propaganda for Russia and China, it was term by Jim O'Neill, so you can sense what purpose it was. What matter is Chinese BRI and Russian Eurasia economic union. This is the Core and BRICS is just a misnomer. Of the BRICS, China held sway over Brazil (economics) while Russia is viewed positively by South Africa for her support in their struggle against apartheid. What about India? like I said until they show the money and didn't dithered, nobody from the Glodal South will give them a damn.
Uh huh, so all the meetings of various heads of state/government are all in on the act. Oh please! BRICS is real and I don't care how it was coined, the truth is the matter is that the members ran with it and it has snowballed into a real organization. The sudden denouncing and downplaying the potential effects of BRICS is the real propaganda manufactured by the CIA.

May be. People often forget it was west who coined the term. I personally always wondered why those who coined the term ,had South Africa or Brazil in mind as "emerging economies". I mean before of after coining of that term south africa ever barely anually clocked 5% GDP growth rate. Brazil probably had 2 or 3 good years?
Of course it's up to individuals how they interpret it.

Countries in BRICS are trying to jointly coordinate in order to escape the middle income trap. They perceive that the current "world order" does not allow them to easily attain that. That is why thus far most institutions the BRICS have created have been financial in nature. But then again the EU also started as a mostly financial/economic arrangement.

Unfortunately certain proposals like the Chinese one for the joint submarine cable connection, and the Russian one for the replacement for SWIFT did not go through (yet). What did happen is Huawei Marine built a lot of submarine cables, and separate countries made their own financial networks and card schemes. But I expect more economic mechanisms and trade schemes to be created since the West is basically trying to break the world economy into separate blocks. China alone represents like a third of trade volume for a lot of countries. No one in their right mind would want to cut trade like that. Cutting Russia out of the trade is also a non-starter since developing nations need cheap energy and food to continue growing.

"The Misuse of Drugs Act provides for the death penalty if the amount of diamorphine trafficked is more than 15 grammes," the bureau said in a statement. "Thirty-point-seventy-two grammes of diamorphine is more than twice that amount, and is sufficient to feed the addiction of about 370 abusers for a week."

Or Hunter Biden for 2 hours

Therefore Sino-Russo synergy is the key, they're both the Anchor of BRICS, like I say the rest are an outlier.
