The old "Virginia Slims" television ad campaign slogan was "you've come a long way baby!" that's applicable here, she is something else again, amazing job folks, I've been very impressed with the "ingenuity" of this whole project!

Even though it is from that visit to Hong Kong, this is still one of the best ovverall pictures of the carrier, Liaoning.

The PLAN has exercised and used this ship, and flown more aircraft on and off her in two years...IMHO...than the Russians have done in 20 years of operations with her sister ship, the Kuznetsov.

You have to give the PLAN credit where it is due...and it is due here.

They will be all the more ready to quickly take advantage of CV-17 when she goes to sea.
