Looks as if the people in the blue shirts were a sort of inspectors. Quality management or an audit possibly? They also "invent" new tools or accompany their introduction. And they seem to issue certificates.

Now this is a terrfic video showing PLAN soldiers doing their jobs aboard CV-16.. excellent Job! Great find!!!
Apparently the PLAN soldiers are able to work without getting dirty. Amazing!!Great video never the less.
Most likely, the sailors were told the day before that they should put on their clean uniforms for the cameras.

They were more than likely told and given new gear for the video. They were just doing as told. The only reason I made a comment because I know that it is nearly impossible to work on the flight deck without getting dirty. Impossible in fact.

I still think if they showed all the dirt and grease it would look way more realistic and professional. It will show them working and not "showing".
I think this 2 are new. If so, enjoy. (If not, sorry for the repost)
