Panama's Supreme Court suspended the radar contract for $ 125 million signed with Finmeccanica

(Defensa.com) The Supreme Court has provisionally suspended the contract between the country's government and Italy's Finmeccanica for the purchase of 19 radar in the amount of $ 125 million. The contract was suspended by the Third Division of Administrative Litigation of the Supreme Court, which has granted the suspension of the agreement after the government filed a lawsuit a few days ago and a year after stopping project implementation carrying out the company Selex, a subsidiary of Finmeccanica.

According to the digital Prensa.com "On August 5, the Minister of the Presidency, Alvaro German, filed with the Court an application for annulment of the contract radar after it determined that there was 'misuse of power'. According to the minister , was provided as evidence the existence within the agreed price of a hidden 25 million for the company Agafea Corp commission. ". The medium ensures that the Public Security Minister, Rodolfo Aguilera, said the decision of the Court is a" good news "because in a preliminary analysis of the evidence" has been found that there are enough elements to determine that there is a good law of the Panamanian State ". Digital also reports that, according to statements by Minister of the Presidency, Alvaro German, soon claims are brought against the other two contracts signed with Finmeccanica Panama for the purchase of six helicopters and a digital map, acquired in the same way (that radars).

The alleged existence of a commission hidden 25 million dollars to the company Agafia Corp. is one of the strongest evidence wielding Panama to determine the suspension of the contract. The previous government, without the benefit tender or public act, signed three contracts with subsidiaries of the Italian conglomerate for about $ 250 million. According to local press, the contracts he signed the then Security Minister, Jose Raul Mulino, were never published in the Official Gazette.

Well, it is not really a video of a nuclear sub made in Brazil...because it hasn't been made yet. I think you mean that it a video of the plans to make a nuclear sub in Brazil, right?

yes that is what i meant, i know it is hard to explain because Brazilian Portuguese is almost Spanish, so it is not hard even for me to Understand it but i know most of users of this Forum speak English, when i post the Videos most of the time i do it for the footage, so you can see footage of the machines Brazil makes, when i find something with subtitles is much better, it only talks about the Plans of making it and the facilities they are building in Brazil to start the production

This is the Tikuna Submarine, this was built in Brazil, if you watch the video you can see how they get into the interior of the Submarine
