My bad...not the new weapon but just a type 95 with a grenade launcher. Didn't play close enough attention at first. The pic however was taken recently of the PLAN task force when they visited Hamburg, Germany.

What's the odd that a quasi-public debut would be during the annual PLA open house in HK? They did that with the QBZ-95-1, and last year with the QBU10, so there might be a chance for that as well?

I've read that PLA might be wanting to equip each 4 man fireteam with one ZH-05, and each 8 man squad with 2... I think this might be the first photo we have of them trialling such a TOE.
