It is absolutely conclusive... 5 rotor blades instead of 4, different rear landing gear, are the tell tale differences.
The picture is just to show how similar the other parts are, but this is without doubt a Z-20.

What tells you that it is CG without a doubt?
this image goes beyond PS, for it to be fake at least parts of it need to be actual 3d CG model. There are parts of the aircraft shown here in way better resolution than ever before, which differ sufficiently from uh60 that they need to be modelled, not just composited out of existing images. At the very least, one would need to literally hand draw those parts. If it is a fake - give that person a job in image manipulation/3d modelling.
