I don't think so. Jeff cropped that Z-10 off from the picture posted by A.Man in the PRC/PLAAF & PLANAF 2015 Victory Parade Thread. Maybe is due to the zooming.

I'm a bit skeptical regarding the 5-year paper-to-tarmac time, but it is possible that development had already begun and has been underway for some time.

As soon as people heard stealth capability for the next generation Chinese attack Helicopter. They already start talking about it being US Commanche clone without any information on what the future Chinese Helicopter looks like.

Also about the supposedly top secret stealth Helicopter used to raid Osama bin Laden's compound that was crashed with some parts ended up in Chinese hands because of the close relationship between China and Pakistan. ( This theory is possible but not likely as Pakistan also needs the U.S)

The picture from the article linked by antiterror13. It's not official pciture, just imagination of some military fans. Maybe that's the reason why some people screaming clone Commanche.

Of course R&D should be a continuous process, a but a new attack helicopter seems a strange choice given that Z-10 is already of more modern basic design lineage than Z-20, Z-18, or even (reading between the lines) the upcoming Sino-Russian heavy lift helicopter.

Its unlikely that the crashed stealthawk used in the OBL raid has much to do with a PLA stealth chopper program other then inspiration. The seals burned it with thermite, the locals beat it with sticks and rocks and dragged it about town. The majority of the wreck came back to the US. Only a few pits and pieces likely no larger than the palm of your hand are left floating around.
