Well you heard wrong. None of the systems aboard the QECs run on Windows XP, the rumour started after a news report from on board Big Liz whilst still fitting out when a contractor was interviewed. He had his own laptop open on the desk behind him and the windows XP logo was prominently displayed. He and his laptop were in a control room aboard ship at the time but most definitely NOT a part of the ship's fixtures and fittings.
Still when has the media let facts get in the way of a nasty rumour, which grows wings and is halfway round the globe before the truth has it's shoes on...

Turkeye's "HIZIR" stands out as a tactical wheeled armored combat vehicle with the highest motor power of its class in the Turkish defense industry.
