The definition of command guidance refers to commands being sent via datalink used to guide the flight plan of the missile, irrespective if the source is a joystick or computer. This can mean as rudimentary as INS guidance via datalink set in intervals or being guided every second of the way continiously.
No one uses a joystick on a SAM by the way, not even the examples mentioned. Furthermore you keep inventing things as you go.
