No looks like they don't have any section dedicated to any of the arm branch, that one is for all the weapons and gears.

The forum seems fine for me, but the message shown in your screenshot does say that you need to log in with an account that is authorized to view posts in that section.

I can never understand why a lot of the Chinese forums are organized so badly and how people can actually read them properly...

Chinese sites are just headache, I feel dizzy when I want to find something in it. I signed up with top81, the name is still SteelBird, however, cannot post anything yet.
