Quite a furore over this topic over many forums. Here's the thing. Should DRDO include an Indian made weapon (the MCIWS) or stick to importing a proven foreign weapon, like the Tavor? The DRDO screwed up bad with the INSAS, but it's worth the risk. What's your take? If no, what'd you recommend?
