Didn't find the word Vectoria in the search so here's some info on that Linköping university study... it's designed around a GE F414 engine and JAS Gripen (front section).

The photos is from Saab Military Aircraft's watertank where they tested the model. (A typical example of the relationship between Saab and the local university)

Of course it wasn't an attempt to build a fighter but rather a study into how practical some of these design ideas would be....

The Vectoria aircraft was designed last year by staff members and students from Linkoping University in Sweden and is a fighter that is designed to play a role similar to the Saab JAS 39 Gripen. The design incorporates many new ideas in aircraft design including stealth and 2D thrust vectoring capabilities. One of the aircraft's prime requirements was to utilize STOL while also maintaining a low radar signature and obtaining fighter performance. The Vectoria was originally designed as a part of a structures project in which all the various components had to be fitted. It was decided that the aircraft should have 2D thrust vectoring in the form of a simple flap, which was the cheapest and easiest way of achieving STOL performance and improved maneuver properties. The configuration was designed so as to achieve engine thrust as close to the center of gravity as possible, thus minimizing trimming balancing requirements while performing STOL maneuvers.
