The XW400 concept ship from DCNS is already above the water line is the spitting image.
not just the stealth but the level of stealth and the concepts of the ship's operations. The Zumwalt lacks the conventional "Bridge" In favor of a operations center like the command deck of a star destroyer.

Get a small RCS in comparison with others ships can be interesting but i don' t think really also useful as for aircrafts do 180 m and the RCS remains present...
In more this Stealth ships cost clealry more as others, look NavyReco article with new 12th San Antonio want about 1/3 in less and better have 1/3 of ships in more even a little less sophisticated you get a clearly a more big military capacity or power.
