Were are they getting the crew to all of these new ships? Are they hiring new personal or are they transferring them from old ships that have been retired?

Why there are hardly any new photos of the first launched type 055? We have plenty of new 002 carier...
If we knew how she looks like at the present time, we could speculate when she may go on the sea trials, hope we will see some new pics soon!

Perhabs because taking photos from jiangnan shipyard is not as easy as taking photos from dalian shipyard. JN shipyard is on an island, far from civilian buildings AFAIK.
If type 003 carrier starts construction in JN shipyard, it wont be very easy to take pictures of it, i think.
