Nice photo.Although there's still no clear aft picture to confirm the number of 055's VLS, but I read some discussion in a chinese forum about a very interesting satellite image dated back on 2017/07/07 showing 3 rows of presumable launching devices ( 4 quad launchers in a row X 3) in DL 055 #1. There also looks like enough space on the port side to add another row, but could be satellite perspective problem).
Not sure if this forum had discussed this photo before, but thought worth mentioning anyway.
I presume those are the two 055s building there. You can see bpth helo hanger and CIWS HQ-10 modules for both of them to the left., as well as what looks like the bridge and area behind the bridge for one of them.
Also the Type 052D to the right, outfitting.
I just want to see a similar overead of the Type 055 that has been launched.
We all know that the US, Russians, UK, French, etc., etc. have already seen and know if it is 128 or 112. I am suspecting more and more that it is 112 VLS, although I would have bet on 128.
Now...without seeing it and with all the secrecy (IMHO), it seems like there could be less.. One picture will put it to rest.

"Additional" is the operative word here. I think these modules are probably for the bridge and upper structures of the existing two 055s we see at DL which are approaching that stage of their module assembly.

Why would we think that every time we see modules at shipyards they will be for 5th Type 055?
