I'm a player hater, actually.
LOL!
so I better egress :) after this:

Ok, WTF are you even talking about at this point. Are you trying to imply that cranes are being deleted with them subsequently NOT being replaced by full 8-cell VLS modules?
no, they're not being replaced

Is this actually what you're claiming?
yes, it is

The point of spending money to delete the cranes is then... what, exactly?
it must be tough for USN fanbois, huh?

all right, since it's going to be my last post on this, I'll address also:
I think you should FULLY think through what you are actually trying to claim here.

BTW I still need that photo of your brain. You may still be able to convince me!

Forget it guys, Iron man hates being wrong, and he's just been caught with two doozies with this whole Tico crane business and the fzgfzy post. There's a way to explain away anything, and you can bet he'll find the way whenever he's confronted with any disagreement.

In the end though, none of it really matters. 122 vs 128 VLS is not significant, and 8 or 12 055s in the first batch isn't either. Nobody's gonna really care about this argument when the truth is revealed in time. The Ticos carry a lot of VLS, and China is gonna build a lot of 055s, let's move on to something more interesting.

Your ignorant summary of the last few pages in this thread is amusing but if you have anything to add that's actually substantive, go ahead and surprise me. The fact remains that we have a big shrimp making intentionally ambiguous statements as well as articles suggesting an 8-cell module Tico upgrade is either ongoing or impending (or both). That there aren't (yet) photos of this upgrade easily searchable on the internet is not evidence against their existence; if they have already been happening it would certainly be recent and would not necessarily have been captured with photos; if they are impending with the latest upgrade then obviously no photos will be forthcoming until 2019 at the earliest. Regardless of 122 vs 128, my original reply to Insignius remains valid as both numbers are still greater than 112. Problem?

Food for thought:

It is highly likely that, when the first 055 is commissioned (probably in 2019), there will still be one or more 051s in service.

Fingers crossed that we get pics of the two types together!

I think that 6 additional 052Ds will be commissioned before then and might replace the remaining 051s.
