Hull construction/welding techniques?
Everyone is building warships around the world and I haven't seen any sort od censured images (aside from submarines to a certain extent but those are constructed in big halls). I can't see a point in that kind of argumenantion (unless there's some kind of alien technology of course - but there isn't any in welding steel plates).

What's the point of censoring the inner parts of the hull? Because I can't find any reasonable arguments for doing so.

There's quite a reasonable err reason for doing it -- it helps to hide the internal arrangement of the hull, such as compartments, where various subsystems could be, etc, which could reveal sensitive information to the public as well as to foreign intelligence.

OPs do that for pictures of all modules we see, from carriers to destroyers, in the hopes that it will prevent their posts from getting removed for revealing sensitive info.

Yep, I think this is the 055 we've all been waiting for. It'll probably take slightly under a year for us to see it take shape in the assembly hall and launched. The fact that they've built one of the more aft modules could suggest they've already finished building the more bow modules and have already begun being assembled in the hall.

As for the "hangar" module itself, this quick drawing I think is representative of the proportions of the module relative to the expected rest of the ship (orange outline):
