None us want war none want any killings

The build we hope balances power and at the end prevents war rather than causing it
Not going to say much as this is straying from the topic, but military build up is a temporary solution. Especially if it does not include dialogue, worst part is if things really do fall apart, the aforesaid built up would make the killings much more tragic. It is like a painkiller, one keeps taking it until the point where the disease fades away for becomes terminal.

Is there any type 002 mock up anywhere?

The Chinese navy makes onshore radar/deck installations, so if the third carrier is a new one then there should be a mock-up deck as well.

The Wuhan mock up has been configured for 003 (formerly known as 002) for a while now

That is just for radars, as I see.

There should be an airfield configured like the arresting gear testbed in 40°29'21.08" N 120°39'17.16" E.

There is a visible contour on the concrete, and they designed the landing strip to be big enough to simulate the aircraft movements after landing / preparation for take off and so on. Same for the sky jump ramp, there is a mock up carrier painted around of it.

There should be similar for the next carrier, if that is significantly different from the current ones.

So, if there is a catapult on the new ship there should be a big piece of concrete somewhere ,with the catapult, and the ship contour painted around of it.

And frankly that catapult doesn't looks as a busy one. They don't even clean the snow around it.

Oh you're asking about that.

To be honest I'm not sure if they will build a whole ship deck mockup for 003 that includes catapults. Building a simulated flight deck with a ski jump makes sense given a ski jump on land doesn't require any supporting infrastructure and equipment. All you need are the positions, the jet blast deflectors and hold back blocks, and the ski jump itself. To build a full simulated CATOBAR flight deck you'd have to build all the equipment needed to support the catapults alongside the runway as well, significantly adding to cost.
The purpose of the ski jump was to train pilots to control their aircraft for ski jump launch. The equivalent for catapult launched aircraft, they can be done at the existing catapult test tracks at Huangdicun once it's needed. There probably isn't a need to build a fully replicated catapult training facility on a full outline carrier like for STOBAR.

As for training right now -- 003 has yet to even begin module assembly, so it's unsurprising that they have yet to train crew that far ahead for 003 specific tasks (essentially catapult related duties). I doubt they even have too many catapult compatible aircraft that are flying yet. But merely operating CV-16 and CV-17 will provide many benefits for general flight deck and carrier operating experience, and for pilots the benefit of landing on a STOBAR carrier can be directly transposed over for a CATOBAR carrier.

First time mentioned in an official report:

China launches work on third aircraft carrier, Xinhua says
2018-11-26 09:17:32 chinadaily.com.cn

China has launched work on building its third aircraft carrier, Xinhua News Agency reported on Sunday.

In an article published on its WeChat account, Xinhua said that as the nation’s second, and the first domestically designed, carrier has undergone sea trials, a “new-generation carrier” is being constructed at the shipyard as per schedule.

The article, which was intended to mark the sixth anniversary of the first takeoff and landing by a Chinese fighter on the country’s first carrier CNS Liaoning, does not elaborate on the program of the “new-generation carrier”, which is believed to be the country’s third carrier. But the article is the first official confirmation.

Chinese weapons enthusiasts and foreign observers have long asserted that China has begun to build its third carrier at China State Shipbuilding Corp’s Jiangnan Shipyard Group in Shanghai, speculating that it will be bigger and mightier than the Liaoning and the second carrier, which is yet to be named.

A publicity officer at China State Shipbuilding Corp’s headquarters in Beijing refused to comment on the matter.

Publicity officers of the People’s Liberation Army Navy could not be reached on Monday morning.

It's really perplexing that Google Earth still doesn't have updates from 2018 when it comes to the whole shipyard area. All previous years had at least a few updates, often over half a dozen updates. Yet lately there's been nothing new added. I would wonder if it's possible the Chinese Govt. has some leverage over Google, but other areas of military interest, such as Dalian shipyard, still get fairly regular updates of new footage.
