Pardon to correct, but the last one is not a SR-72/RQ-18O-like design but an Airship / Blimp or whatever these things are called.
Ah...I see. A rigid blimp.

Well the USAF is already using similar type things in the DC area, and I know the Navy is looking at them too for high atmosphere operation.

A Blimp is a non-rigid airship, without a keel as a semi-rigid, without an external frame covered by a fabric skin as a Zeppelin, without a stiffened Aluminium alloy skin as a Metalclad ( actually I would expect a Metalclad to be built from very large fibre reinforced plastic panels formed on very large 3D printed moulds ).
The blimp is a fabric bag stiffened by a very slight overpressure.
