I would not worry about that. The Chinese have been installing and operating various types of antennas and radars for decades. It would be totally unthinkable that they don’t know the first thing about cleaning their equipment.

I too agree just that typically you would wash it before you haul it up there. From the pics it looked like the dirt is still there when the dish got installed.
