the second photo could be real but all the rest I beleive is fake. There are many messed up pictures of future Chinese aircraft on the internet these days you know. Heck, I saw a artists impresion of a JianXX and it looked like some sort of future fighter with sweped back wings. Many artist impresions are just a load of junk. Dont fall for it!

i can see the pics fine.. but the pics are all proven to be just artist impressions. no one really knows what the J-XX might look like yet.

3rd one:fc-1 take off. what is wit the bat?
4th one:f-115 take off. the lazer thing totally threw it off
5th one:nasa experimenting.

Some of you may have seen it. It is about a guy that makes phony pics, drawings etc to post in defense forums....Maybe some of these pics/drawings are his handy work.

dont worry popeye, ive got it handled. i told em to stop trying to slip hoaxs in. if more come in, we can kinda set up an anti-hoax squad to counter them.

The Chinese government are quite secretive about their projects but they will always put out what they are working to the public but wont give you an idea on how it looks like.

I understand that some projects must remain classified. I can understand why the PRC government would do that on a missile project or nuke sub ..but not an attack or fighter aircraft. I mean what's to hide? What's the big deal? As much difficulty that the PRC has had developing it's own indeginous aircraft it seems to me that they would let everyone know at least the basics of new aircraft development to show their progress..

I think it just goes back to the Sun Tzu philosophy really. You never want your enemy to know what you have. Obviously, certain types of weapons are less secret like trainers and FFGs and SAMs whereas SSNs and SSBNs are totally hidden. Another thing is that a lot of these information is quite open in Chinese forums and websites, but people outside China tend to not believe in them.
