Whoa...now that is impressive! That is 670 lbs. of total weight in the dead lift (14 - 45lbs. plates (7 on each side of the bar) = 630lbs. + the bar itself is another 45lbs = 670 lbs. total).

My friend...we are bvlessed to see so many things happening.

The 2nd Zumwalt commissioned and the 3rd coming alonmg. We will see many great things done with those ships. They will be the test bed for things of the future and despite the efforts of so many against them, before and then during the Obama Administration, yet they will be used to guide us forward. The LAser Weapon System, the rail gun, a path to perhaps the CG(X) and better radars for the future...and maybe one day we will get the right people in congress and the White House to develop full armament for all three of them that will lead to the future vessels of this nation.

Then the Ford class coming along, with a second building rapidly towards watch and then a new USS Enterprise.

Also we will now see a new FFG in the FFG(X) and it is long pass time, along with finally uparming the LCS so they can all perform useful functions and be sufficently armed to do so as true US Navy surface combatants.

The Block V Virginias which will allow us to put to sea true and capable SSN/SSGNs, each of those carrying 65 missiles. We will beuild probably 20 of them allowing us to spread out the SSGN missile force to twenty subs instead of just four...and these new, stealthy and well built and very capable attack subs at the same time.

Finally, the F-35, particularly the Charlie version for the Navy and the Bravo version for the Marines and now for so many other Navies who will be able to make real, effective small carriers out of their VSTOL carriers. The Japanese, the Koreans, the Austraalians, the Royal Navy, the Italians...and then perhaps the Spanish and the INdians. Many allied nations to help us counter thr rowth of potential adversairies...not to mention 11 LHD/LHAs of our own, each capable of 20-24 F-35Bs as escort carriers whenever we need them.
