Yes I was assigned to the HC-11 Gunbearers. I was assigned to the shore side at NAS North Island and help maintain out birds when they were not deployed.

Our deployed aircraft detatchments did what this video shows....very frequently.

HC-11 transitioned to the SH-60 in 2000 and became HSC-21 Blackjacks.
