the PLAAF VIP-aircraft

Canada is not part of Europe, Ergo this is a half break of of your claim.

Skipping the 2 Japanese Boeing 747-400 operated by the JASDF for the Imperial family and PM, that are supposed to be Replaced with Boeing 777-300ER in a few years.

The point was that nations use domestic aircraft to the extent possible. Canada does not build wide-body airliners, so they need a foreign aircraft for that, but they do build smaller aircraft (Bombardier), and use those in government service. Same with Brazil, and rumoured in future for Japan.

And China do use domestic aircraft to the extend possible. What's the point of mention that?

AlysMS talked about using "the Boeings" for the foreseeable future. Most of those Boeings are 737s which could be replaced with C919s.

But your question is mainly about replacing the 747 with something "non American" right?

I think most people here would agree that they will likely transition to the C919 when it's available and that their current fleet of 737/319 is due for replacement.

sure, but first C919 has to actually enter flight tests. including actually flying and Enter Production before you can Place the President of The PRC on it.
as for the Current 737s, a number have been modified to meet the PLA needs by the Chinese, Boeing does not support those airframes as the modifications were done by the PLA in violation of trade agreements, back in the year of our lord 2005,

The PLA should have ready access to spare parts from retired 737-300 on hand as that model has been phased out with Chinese state owned airlines like China Xinhua Airlines retiring there 737-300's in 2011.
basically until Comacs are in production they cannot be used as VVIP types and even then a number of changes will likely be made that will add more time to deployment of those types, and those will only really be suited for domestic use. External use is likely to remain 747-400 those birds are in good shape and plentiful spare parts for the foreseeable. eventually they will be replaced like all things Air China who operates them for the State company also has 7 operational 747-8I that could do the job as well. so from a practical perspective there is no need to order any new planes just yet.

I'm talking about the Boeings that were already commissioned and ready to go. Not buying more Boeings.
It will take time for China to have a mature and proven aircraft.
Before that, one would have to do with the existing fleet or buying more Boeings or Air Buses to extend them.
C919 is not going to be matured and have any kind of safety record anytime soon.
And the wide body airliner is even further from being materialized.

Do you guys know what helicopter does Xi Jinping uses? Are the Chinese going to use an AC313 VIP as their Marine One?

Does he use helicopters at all? Chinese leaders do not seem to have used helicopters much. Not in public at least.

They don't have a dedicated Marine One just like they don't have a dedicated Air Force One. It is rare to see China's top leaders using helicopters as a routine mode of transportation, more often they're seen using a mixture of land transportation and 737/A319 for domestic travel. Only in special occasions like visiting a disaster site out of emergency will they be seen riding a helicopter. Even in those cases, they might be using an ordinary military transport (e.g. Mi-171) available nearby, rather than bringing their own VIP helicopter--considering China's size that might be impractical.

Here is the Chinese Premier looking at a disaster site from a military Mi-171:

With that said, they do have a fleet of helicopters in the PLAAF 34th division dedicated for government transport. They are currently running AS332L1 and EC225, some in civil aviation livery and some in military livery.

Will they be using some AC313 in the future? Possibly, but not no confirmation for now.
