From what I've learned so far (Thanks to "dererd2" / CDF), the PLAAF uses two 2 А-319-118 numbered B-4090 and B-4091 from Nanyuan (taken over from CUA)

lets clarify here the aircraft pictured are not used to transport major VIP's these are for intermediate VIP's generals, dignitary's these air frames are regional business jets.
We know the PLA operates a number of 737's not just for Command and control but for senior party members transports.

I suspect the oldest of these will eventually be replaced with Comac ARJ21 Xiangfeng and Comac 919's once they emerge in production.
additionally they also have Air China who as a State owned carrier can be called on to "Donate" Aircraft when needed case in point is China's Premeire's have used this 747 as a "China one"

"Gulfstreams are a given just about everyone has them for VIP use, they are cheap, easy to fly and maintain."

They are actually not cheap, they are not easy to fly, and they are expensive to maintain :p

Well, I guess we have all sides covered.

I start believing what people say "anything not outdated is not China". The paint scheme is really a big disappointing!
