The Mysterious PLAAF's H8 & H9 Stealth Bomber... Rumour...? Reality...?

To be fair there weren't any pictures of J-20 before the first flight either and that was because the govt kinda wanted to broadcast it. I'm not sure about the "first flight" idea of the H-10 or H-9 or H-8 or whatever -- but the mentioning of a number of posters seem to lend a little bit of validity of its existence...
Have we seen new facilities for the J-20? I think the lack of new facilities or the lack of pictures does not necessarily mean a rumor or false existence.

The picture I think is used by Phoenix TV for refencing to the rumour. Since is still rumour, using a rumour photo for referencing. The rest are B2's footages might be implenting that PLAAF is having similar or equal specs.
Given the nature of PLA's equiping this generation's weapon, R&D next generation's weapon and explore future generation's weapon, I humbly think there are more than one secret projects.

I think we have ... if You look - see below - right on the other side at CAC's faciliy, there were several newly build facilities.
But just in that regard ... such new facilities are surely also necessary for the Y-20.

According to Japan’s Sankei Shimbun*, there is an article on the PLAAF’s about its successful test flight – The H-10, which is capable of carrying nuclear missiles. Article also mentioned about the H-10 is being researched extensively since 1998, code named “Project No:10 -十号工程”.
文章最后还说，中国是在1998年南斯拉夫战争中获取了F117和B2“幽灵”的隐形技术，并引进了俄罗斯 的轰炸机技术，在自主研发的技术上开发成功的。H-10的成功打破了美国隐形的垄断地位，大大威胁到日本的安全。
This article also mentioned China obtained the downed F-117’s & B-2’s stealth technology as well as indtroducing Russia’s bombing techniques. Finally by incorporating with China’s independent research and development’s efforts, comes the H-10 which would successfully cut of the monopolisation of USAF’s B-2 Spirit, threatening Japan’s security.

The B-2 Spirit’s fuselage has incorporated a “blended wing body” design without tail fins. Its wings meet the center of the cockpit and have a saw-tooth back. The body of the B-2 Spirit is constructed with graphite (石墨) & carbon fibre reinforced plastics also known as CFRP (碳纤维复合材料), shaped like a honeycomb, with RAM coated surface. Its power plant nozzle is located near the wings. This design and unique characteristics can evade radar detection so as to achieve stealth.
The B-2 Spirit has 3 combat objectives:
1) Fly into enemies’ territories undetected and perform precision bombings or launch guided missiles to increase weapon system’s effectiveness.
2) Perform reconnaissance and destroy key priority targets.
3) To achieve 1st strike capability

Of the last sentence, I would not believe this report is 100% accurate and its existence is doubtful.
