The more vinegar the better?

I enjoy vinegar on some foods, and I've heard that its good for you. Will more vinegar be better?

Vinegar helps in the digestion of oils, so it's really good with dishes like fried dumplings for example.

Yea, I eat it with dumplings all the time.

Well here in England we have bags of chips for around 1.20 GBP now a days i think and i do love my vinegar much prefer it to having salt, the combination of salt and vinegar is okay but just loads of vinegar is awesome.

I like alot of vinegar when eat noodles, with some sesam oil, peanut butter, oyster sauce, this is the only kind of noodle I do eat actually.

Lol....same, I add vinegar to my noodles too. I tend to enjoy sushi vinegar better.

Last time I was in Jhongli, the spicy beef noodles went great with vinegar indeed.

Hm....I woke up this morning and my mouth was all acidic....possibly from the vinegar?
