Correct me if I am wrong. I think US is the only country that equipped their special mission helicopters with refuel probe. Normal helicopters are not capable of aerial refuel.

France and the UK also do it as well. They typically are done do to cost so Naval and SF choppers yes however the Pacific. The Ocean is rather large and it’s hard to land a helicopter to Set up a FARP without land.

Anybody knows why there are two triangle-like glass parts on the head?

No, US refuel capable helicopters are mainly for special operation and pilot rescue.
