What happened to china defense forum?

For past several days china-defense.com is not available.

If the server is temporarily down, that usually lasts for some hours, or perhaps a day. But now that site has been down for longer than that.

Does anyone have any information as to what happened? And what is the future of that website?

China defence blog posted that CDF is currently offline. They are working to restore the forum.

It’s back online, agree it has been offline the longest it has ever been

Things look a bit different.

CDF was much more older than SDF. Over the years, SDF has become much more professional but if you went back 5-10 years ago, CDF was much more serious and had many military experts that actively participated.
