Interesting development. Russia will have to state that they will NEVER recognize a Swedish and Finnish membership in NATO and thus reserves the right to Denazify these countries whenever they threaten Russian national interests. Would Unazi Snakes be willing to sacrifice New York or Washington to nuclear annihilation to come to the rescue of their chihuahua vassals? Definitely not. As for Russia, they will need re arm themselves with more active nuke warheads that will be triple the size of the cold war, this is the only noble way to thwart any further sniveling attempt by NATzO to exterminate China and other countries who do not wish to be subjected to Unazi Snakes imperialism

Russian sources claimed missile compartment was untouched, don't know if they meant just the vls or both vls and P700 tubes....

If it is true then maybe the 130mm rounds cooked off? The bow is fucked?

Its starting to look like the 130mm rounds for the AK130 had a cook off and blew up the turret.

Given the age of that ship, she's not going to be repaired even if the damage is repairable. She's affirmed for the scrapyard where she belongs in the first place. She's pretty much affirmed to her owners she's a danger to her owners as much as the enemy is.

Shut of gas and strike EU with ballistic and cruise missiles and maybe a single nuke with a treat to go all out if EU won't stop escalating.
Don't confuse cause and effect. The escalation consists in starting a war and continuing it on and on. And the escalation ends immediately as soon as the attacking party withdraws to its own territory.

Russian gas should be shut off, we agree on that.

Very few people here are even Russian and no one here as any influence on Putin does. If Putin decides tomorrow to nuke Washington, London/Berlin it wasn't because he logged onto sinodefenceforum and read @Phead128's advice.

We're just pointing out the options Putin has if he's pushed into a corner, some people here seem to be delusional about that.
Yet I've seen no less than a dozen posts today of increasingly psychotic takes, from sending POWs to gulags to "taking the gloves off" and basically advocating for open conflict with NATO.

Yes it should be shut off. It should be shut off today, it should have been shut off a month ago inside of Russia. Let the European economy crumble and lets see if the USA comes to the rescue or if it lets its expendable pets die.

Ok guys .... after some intensive discussion within the last few days including a assessment about the current situation and how to handle, we came to the conclusion, to close this thread!

In fact, this decision was univocal due to the latest developments, with so many new members bringing not only new opinions and insights, but most of all several new members brought down the moral attitude, the level of posting to such a shameless battle of propaganda, that it no longer acceptable to be left open.

We have always been a forum related to Chinese military, political threads were forbidden and only a few were accepted up to a certain level, but the situation changed dramatically, in fact completely.

While most of you know my stance; I wanted to close it already weeks ago, others within the moderation team suggested to wait and for contentious had the standing that threads "non important to SDF" like the one on the Ukraine war or in the past the HK protests, should be either handled as "almost anything is allowed" ..... or "the thread gets removed/locked/deleted".

However, as it came out, there is NO option in between, as it is just a waste of time and energy. For us as as moderators the time needed to watch and patrol the thread and even more to negotiate any action decisions to ban a certain member is beyond what the entire moderator team can manage, especially considering our much more important real world responsibilities.

As such we can fully understand some sort anger and frustration, but we hope for your understanding and respect in order to concentrate again on our own topic, namely "Sino-Defence".

As such, take this also as a clear warning: Any additional political thread opened or post to the Ukrainian war in other threads in order to circumvent this decision will immediately be closed and the thread starter banned!

All the best and take care; ... and may this war end soon!
