It would really help to see a type 726 carrying load (close to allowed max)of any kind to clear doubts about it being underpowered. I haven't come across any confirmation of that.

All you had to do was search back a few pages before your post to see this photo (note that this photo was even taken BEFORE the engine problems were fixed):

/queue complaints about no full load going into a well deck....

You've got to admit its a bit hard to find it..
Probably the reason other people had doubts about it

No doubts

We know LCAC programme has not been successful after 10 years
Yes, and we know the reasons behind the long gestation, and we also know that the reasons have now finally and recently been fixed and the PLAN has been ramping up production of the 726 as well as ramping up the infrastructure specifically to support the 726.

TBH I'm still not sure what the exact motivation behind your nonstop complaining about this boat is, whether it's because you think it will eventually fail, or because you are (extremely) inpatient and want to see specific photos (from specific angles at specific times of the day with specific loads and specific locations), or you just want to complain about something, or whatever other reason. The rest of the world outside of your universe has long moved on and accepted that this particular ACV will in fact be inducted into the ranks of the PLAN at some point, and fairly soon judging by how we have been seeing more and more of these boats in satellite photos.

Let’s not pretend

If you want to talk about LCAC programme we can go there and I have followed every development and every photo you are not talking to a new be

That mass production you are talking about has 6 x LCAC sitting in JNCX shipyard for last 12 months if not longer, commissioned units not under built I repeat commissioned units

First thing people do when they see JNCX is look for DDG I don’t I look for LCAC, do you want me to post the photos again?

It’s been 12-13 years no impatience since the first one showed up since then China has conquered outer space but not LCAC

Until I see a photo of a LCAC fully loaded entering and leaving the well deck I will not claim fake victory and say China has a true amphibious assault capability

We can see proof of batch 3 J16 we can see evidence of new SSBN but we can’t see LCAC? Give it a rest

The day I see that photo I rest my case

Btw over on PDF it seems to be a done deal that LHD is under construction

However I am yet to see any evidence of this ?

A couple of days ago I went to see the LHD HMAS Adelaide in the city of the same name. It may be the largest ship ever operated by the Royal Australian Navy, but it is also ugly and resembles nothing so much as a brick floating on the water. Of course, most LHDs look like this. I was reminded of the line from Douglas Adams' 'The Long Dark Tea-Time of The Soul' about the ugliness of airports:

It can hardly be a coincidence that no language on Earth has ever produced the expression "as pretty as an airport". Airports are ugly. Some are very ugly. Some attain a degree of ugliness that can only be the result of a special effort. This ugliness arises because airports are full of people who are tired, cross, and have just discovered that their luggage has landed in Murmansk (...) and the architects have on the whole tried to reflect this in their designs.

This could easily be repurposed to be about LHDs.

All of which is a roundabout way of saying that I hope China's forthcoming design is at least aesthetically … well, attractive might be too much to hope for, but at least tolerable. China is building some of the best-looking ships in the world right now, so there is hope.
