The default serviceability rate wouldn't apply for the first wave, for the attacking side.

The attacker determines the time of attack, and so he can engineer a high availability on launch.

That's part of the initiative advantage of being on offense and taking the first shot.

Unlike the carrier, I think this ship might go into Gulf of Aden escort missions.

The lead ship of the Chinese LHD Type 075 was filmed today near Chengshan Island (嵊 山 岛), located just over 100 km from Shanghai. The building begins its first trip to the sea since August 5.
