Realistically, I believe all three are caused by workers being distracted by Covid-19 and not able to focus on the tasks at hand.
Even while under shelter-in-place order, my city of residence has relatively few cases of Covid-19. It is an inconvenience more than fear. But talking to friends from New York City, France and now Singapore, there is a lot of mental pressure on them seeing many of their friends and relatives stricken with coronavirus.

A lot of the online talk about feng shui might be trolls of jokes, but believe it or not, china's top government members do have these so called 'grand masters' specialized in feng shui and other chinese mythologies to treat their health, look into the future, and more. And I wouldn't say they are all fakes, but some of them are pretty damn good.

I don’t think they are too bothered with those details at present. As long as the big patches are jet-washed off, workers there should be able to go back to either the repair the damages or getting on with the rest of fittings without too much distractions.
