The Russian Pacific Fleet has one Slava, which has the name Varyag, ironically the former name of the ship that became the Liaoning. It had a number of exercises with the PLAN's Northern fleet so the Varyag is no stranger. What would be new and awesome is to have the refitted Marshal Shaposhnikov along with the exercises, and the corvette Gremyaschiy that recently transferred from the Baltic to the Pacific. The Gremyaschiy, despite being a corvette, is one, if not, currently the most advanced surface warship in the Russian Navy.

Later in the video you see a Z-9 taking off from the 055, dipping sonar and the 055 firing torpedoes.
