Based on these canisters, do you think DF-100 can fit within U-VLS?

Very unlikely. For comparison, DF-10 TEL is 8X8, 3 missiles per TEL. DF-100 TEL is 10X10, 2 missiles per TEL. The length difference is at least one wheel which is about 1.2 to 1.5 meter, and there is the added gap between axises (0.5m). The length of DF-10 is 8.3m without canister (if we trust wiki), that gives DF-100 at 8.3+1.2+0.5=10 meters without canister. The longest canister of GJB is 9 meters, the missile should be 8.5m max.

I think diameter is a much larger issue.
85 cm is stated canister diameter. That leaves about 75 cm for max diameter of missile (Mk41 is 25 inch canister, max missile diameter 21 inch).

Moreover such a large missile would require a hot launch (since cold launching would eat up too much length) and so the diameter will be further constrained for vents.

DF 100 will fit only if max diameter is less than 30 inch and max length less than 30 feet.

Those pictures are remarkable for they tell different stories simultaneously. It catches on the act, a new destroyer leaving the fitting pool, reducing the number of destroyers within the fitting pool to three. At the same time, three of the destroyers typically moored outside of the fitting pool are gone. They could be on sea for trials or left for their new base. You see a ship leaving the shed for the first time, this one appears civilian. The number of LCACs have been reduced, and those on the left side near the entrance of the fitting pool are gone. The Yuan Wang 8 is also gone.
