052C/052D Class Destroyers

Not on English Wikipedia as usual though here we have pictures of the crew celebrating inside an operational ship.
It's not even recorded as in construction let alone comissioned. Lame.

25 What will happen after each Destroyer has been produced? Is the DL series included in this number or will extra DL be produced?

Any evidence beyond the tweet that this is 132? Chinese Wikipedia is also listing 123 and 162 as being commissioned in Jan 2021.

According to Chinese wiki there are now 18 in service. Suzhou was commissioned in January 2021 according to the same Chinese wiki. Can someone confirm this information?

That says three ships commissioned in January, 162, 132 and 123. Another four would be commissioned later this year.

The image is from PLAN weibo account. The text in the original tweet and this video say 苏州(Suzhou ) which wiki say is 132

It is so difficult to track 052D and 055 commissioning now. The PLAN ceased to reporting them.
