Looks like TAI has changed the design of the Heavy GP helicopter again. All roads lead to the Blackhawk...



Edit: It's now shrunk to 10 tons. So basically a Turkish Blackhawk with Gökbey elements. I wonder if it'll also use the T700 engine?

Ramp is a requirement by another force, maybe they will be going with "same everything but different frame" at least I think this is the case

Tomorrow starts Teknofest which will last till Sunday.

CEO of TAI said the following:

- Kaan will fly again this year. Development flights will start at the end of next year with 2 Kaans.
- First delivery in 2028. All the necessary orders (materials etc.) to achieve this have already been placed.
- Hurjet serial production has started. Hurjet 2nd prototype is nearing completion and will be shown this month.
- Delivery of Hurjet will start in 2026.
