Transfer of PLANAF assets to PLAAF?

I think it's time for a separate thread on this topic since first of all it would be a major development and second, as it seems, the rumours are getting more concrete!

Therefore based on this question asked in the "Ask anything" thread should be the starting point of the discussion:

Is it the transfer of just the aircraft, the aircraft and crews, or whole formed Regiments/Brigades to PLAAF? If either of the former cases, what happens to the transferring PLANAF units?

I guess this answers my question:

This is good news. If the JH-7s get transferred out of the PLANAF this means that if the PLANAF wants to keep the JH-7's mission portfolio they'll need to get the mythical JH-XX into actual production soon. I have always wanted to see a VLO successor to the JH-7 rather than the J-20 or J-35 to be honest.

If I’m not mistaken, this is finally a clear proof, the PLAN Naval Aviation is transferring assets to the PLAAF: At least according to the official Weibo site from the Eastern Theater Command, the 4th Naval Air Brigade has been transferred.
Can anyone confirm this news since it would indeed be a mayor development … ??
