For a lot of functions EM radiation won't add like that. You can't combine 1000 1KW drones to form a 1MW super drone.

Thats not how this works, its about a distributed system that can spoof signals from multiple vectors while also relaying SIGINT and not just pure output power. This apparently what the USAF is trying to do with increment 2 CCAs.

Actually I have no idea … my first thought was, it looks almost to big and different to the other seen CCAs.
Yep. It looks like a manned aircraft. However the shape is definitely new. It doesn't match either J-36 or J-XDS
Without a clear look at the dorsal fuselage where a cockpit would be, and without having something to scale it with, it's impossible to really discern if it is a manned aircraft or not.
After all, upcoming higher end CCAs/UCAVs will probably end up looking like manned aircraft but just slightly downsized and without cockpits.
