Tall Ships

Does the PLAN have traditional tall ships (sailing ships) for ceremonial/cadet training purposes. If not it would be fitting if they build those massive junks that Zheng He uses as their tall ships.

What would be the purpose of such ships besides "for show"? Coincidentally, tho, PLAN does have a training ship named after Zheng He.
