The missile, an ICBM, is about 22 m long, has a payload of 1-1.2 tons and a CEP of 350 meters(meaning that a nuke probably is the only option for the warhead, this is not a cruise missile). The CEP is an estimate, the Russians have not realesed any data on that point (as far as I know, any one have any other info?). Range is in excess of 10 000 km (I found numbers between this and 11 500 km when doing a brief look on the web). It has a single warhead (because of START-II, modifications possible), and can be launched both from silos and mobile launch vessels. "Real" name is RT-2UTTH Topol-M.
