South Korea has developed the core technology for radar-evading stealth fighters and is preparing for a test flight of a fighter equipped with the technology, WAM news agency reported Monday.

I thought conventional stealth technology needs the design and aerodynamics to be changed to avoid radar.
I think this has something to do with Plasma stealth but I could be wrong.
