Might be all the flurry of activity discussing a recent sighting of supposed unknown SSK seemingly with an X rudder.
Weird camera angle would make sense if the sail also looked the “same weird” as the plane(s).
Also, who’s most people? Because the debate is ongoing.

It looks like a 033 class sub with new superstructure.

Unlike what HI Sutton thought, this seems to be a true submarine and not just a semisubmersible. Though the hull reminds of those early Cold War/WW2 designs so possibly meant to operate close to the surface or even as a semisubmersible most of the time with the capability to dive fully?
It also does have a pretty big flat section on its main hull, so maybe his VLS ship theory holds some weight.
